3D Services India is run and managed by GNG Orbita Studios (OPC) Private Limited, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit https://www.3dservicesindia.com, write to us, or connect with us on LinkedIn, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, or send a brief, we receive your name, contact details, company and the project information you choose to share (including footage, references and files).
  • Business contact information. To offer our services we may note publicly available business details (company name, role, business email) from company websites and professional profiles.
  • This website. The site has no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, quote, deliver and invoice projects.
  • To contact businesses about work we can do for them. Every message we send includes a simple way to tell us you do not want to hear from us again, and we honour it permanently.
  • To publish our own posts on LinkedIn through LinkedIn's official API. We do not read, collect or store other members' LinkedIn data through it.

Client work and confidentiality

Footage, assets and project details you share are used only for your project. We do not name clients or show their work without permission, and we sign NDAs on request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with services we use to run the business (for example email and hosting providers), when the law requires it, or with your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to info@3dservicesindia.com and we will respond within 30 days. These rights apply as provided by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and by the law of your own country where it applies.
